"Oh man what can I say about Tizana, I started going to Tizana in 2021 after I had my son and then shortly after that I quit because I just couldn’t keep up 😩🤦🏽♀️,Fast forward to 2023 I returned after having weight loss surgery because even though I had the surgery I still had a lot of work to do and baby Tizana help me get there.
